Last updated August 23, 2026. This policy describes how Ordrly Reorder Radar collects and uses data when a merchant installs the app from Shopify. It is not legal advice.Reorder Radar is a Shopify public app owned by Ordrly. Its purpose is to identify wholesale customers who may be ready to reorder, create Shopify Draft Orders, send Shopify invoices, and attribute completed Shopify orders as Influenced GMV.We read shop identity, orders, products, customers, and B2B companies needed to classify wholesale relationships and estimate reorder cadence. We store shop domain and Shopify shop ID, customer or company IDs, a display name so the merchant can recognize the account, order IDs, dates, totals, currency, and line-item product, variant, SKU, and quantity.We do not store customer email, phone, or address. Shopify sends invoices and hosts checkout. We do not drop cookies or tracking pixels on storefronts, and we do not collect data directly from the merchant's retail customers.Merchants may configure wholesale identification settings such as customer tags, order tags, and due-window days. We read the shop contact email and shop owner name from Shopify store settings to create an Ordrly login. We store Shopify session tokens required to keep the embedded app authenticated. We write operational logs that include shop ID or domain and a correlation id. Logs must not include access tokens, email, phone, or address.We use this data only to provide Reorder Radar: wholesale classification, reorder recommendations, Draft Order creation, invoice sending through Shopify, conversion attribution, and synchronization of install identity and conversion events to Ordrly through an API boundary. Shop contact email and shop owner name are sent to Ordrly so the brand can receive a login. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or personalize a merchant's storefront.Automated estimates such as predicted reorder dates and confidence scores are decision-support for the merchant. They are not guaranteed reorders and do not have legal or similarly significant effects on shoppers. Merchants review and edit quantities before any Draft Order is created.Reorder Radar uses its own database. Local development uses SQLite. Production uses PostgreSQL in the hosting region configured for the app. We do not write into the Ordrly production database. Ordrly receives only the organization and event payloads described in the public API contract when that integration is enabled, including shop domain, Shopify shop ID, store contact email, shop name, and shop owner name for brand login creation.We keep analysis data while the app is installed and needed for reorder prediction. After uninstall we disable the shop, delete sessions, and stop jobs. About 48 hours later, Shopify's shop/redact webhook deletes the shop row and cascaded tenant data. customers/data_request stores the assembled records so we can deliver them to the merchant. customers/redact anonymizes the wholesale account and unlinks customer IDs.Merchants or their customers who want access, correction, erasure, or a restriction of processing should contact us. We honor Shopify privacy webhooks and applicable data-rights requests.Ordrly is not established in the European Economic Area.
